Consultations

A consultation involves going through a detailed history of your physical, emotional and mental symptoms, during which time Megan will determine what course of treatment will best suits your needs and situation. As a primary healthcare provider, Megan will examine you clinically and send for testing or imaging if needed. She will refer to specialists as required, working together to provide integrative care. Megan works with homeopathic medicines, lifestyle modification, detoxification, supplements and biopuncture.

The consultations and treatments are covered by most medical aids and 1 hour is set aside for a new patient.

Follow-up appointments require less time and 30 minutes are set aside for these. The follow-up is usually between 1 and 4 weeks after the initial treatment, depending on the nature of the case.

B.E.S.T. Assessments for a new patient take 2 hours. Existing patients or follow-up B.E.S.T. Assessments take 1 hour.

Megan is registered with The Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) so her practice number, ICD-10 codes and nappi codes are all included on your invoice. We operate at Sano Wellness as a cash practice. Patients settle at the time of consultation and submit their claim afterwards. Reimbursement is determined by their scheme.
